the room was spacious enough, at least.

the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to guests it took forever to get a drink at the bar. the service was slow and inattentive, giving the impression that i was bothering them just by being there.

The food selection at breakfast, lunch, and dinner had something for everyone. hamdy was especially attentive and professional. i got a massage at the spa. It was very nice. the bedroom was clean and towels were changed every day.

the gym could benefit from new equipment, as some machines are outdated. the pool area is sometimes crowded, and the evening entertainment was very poor.

The hotel had an really good location near local shops. the beach is nice. i found local shops just outside the hotel. This location made it easy to access necessities and souvenirs.

the reception dealt professionally with all inquiries and offered assistance. the bar service was efficient and friendly at the beach. spa personnel ensured a relaxing and professional experience. the food operation was very nice.
